Banking Economics

The Banking Economics team is responsible for undertaking research in the field of banking and finance, and for short and medium term forecast of banking activities. Its various topics include the banking systems of the main OECD countries, the effects of regulatory changes (Basel 3) on banks’ strategies and economy financing, macroeconomic trends in household savings, consumer credit, housing loans, corporate financing ... Most of its reports are reserved for internal use of BNP Paribas, but some of them are also published in Conjoncture and external reviews.
